The Lions Charity Golf Tournament is an annual charity fundraiser traditionally played at the River Hills Country Club. It’s open to everyone, and the registration does not favor either Lions or Country Club members. Most players view it as the most enjoyable yearly round of golf at the Club because of its numerous prizes, vendor courtesy tents, fabulous food and drink and many golf skills contests. The highlight events include hole-in-one prizes for chances to win cars and a boat.

Please join us on Monday, October 13, 2025, for the annual River Hills/Lake Wylie Lions Charity Golf Tournament. Once again, we will have a great day of golf at the beautiful River Hills Country Club in Lake Wylie, SC (directions). The tournament is open to everyone, and the registration does not favor either Lions or Country Club members. This Captain’s Choice event will include:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winning teams
• Entry fees include green fees, contests, cart, driving range, lunch, beer, soft drinks, water, contest prizes, and awards dinner.
• Contests on every hole, including 3 hole in one contests. 

If you are not a resident of River Hills, please use the main entrance (near the bridge and shared with Camp Thunderbird). This is Heritage Drive, and there is a security force to assist you.

Entry Fees: 

• Individual Golfer: $165
• Team: $660
• Includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, purchase up to four (4) mulligans at $5 each
